Ante Natal Classes - Booking T&Cs

Version 1.0
Date last updated: July 4th 2018

Our courses are taught by Sage Femme midwives who have experience in the NHS and in their independent role. They will only give general educational advice about pregnancy, childbirth and new baby care. Individual particular advice on your own current pregnancy and wellbeing can only be given by arrangement of a private antenatal visit outside of the class. Otherwise we strongly recommend clients taking queries about their own personal health or pregnancy to their Community Midwife, GP, Obstetrician or other appropriate health professional

Sage Femme antenatal courses have been designed to be based on current research and recommendations. They are factually correct at the time of teaching and represent the accepted professional standards with regard to general maternity advice. Sage Femme cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes. You are particularly advised to take care of all personal property and possessions.

Sage Femme courses have been designed to supplement information, advice and general instruction offered by the local NHS Trust or to the private services of your Sage Femme Independent Midwife

Sage Femme reserves the right to decline any application to attend any of its classes.

Our courses are open to all parents. The price is for one or two people and women may attend on their own or with a partner of their choice. If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst in attendance at the sessions you should immediately inform us and we will recommend attendance at the maternity service you are booked at to have your baby or with your GP if you are the birth partner.
